orders will be mailed within 48 hours from when payment is received

please ensure your address is correct as I will not be held responsible if the wrong address was provided

Blue Mallee is not responsible for postal delays and packages sent to the wrong address if the address provided was incorrect

please understand that I have no control over the postal services and therefore cannot guarantee arrival dates

Domestic Shipping

domestic purchases will be sent via Australia Post (Parcel Post)

you will receive a notification and tracking number once Australia Post have received your package

delivery times vary, please allow approximately 10 days

Express Post shipping is available at checkout at an additional cost

International Shipping

Blue Mallee does not ship internationally at the moment

Blue Mallee does not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases
